Thomas Dispenziere - Founder and CEO
Thomas Dispenziere grew up in Nutley, New Jersey, and lives in Wayne, New Jersey with his two children. He received bachelor’s degrees in both Accounting and Chemistry from William Paterson University.
His professional experience began working for BDO Seidman, an international accounting firm. In his twelve-year career at the firm Thomas worked within the tax department, small and large business audit divisions, and the bankruptcy division. He rounded out his career in management consulting. He was the first in the firm to adopt microcomputer technology and automate SX schedules for public companies. Over the subsequent years, he and his team automated every aspect of the firm from billing, document management, filing, field auditing, and tax return preparation. He left BDO Seidman and joined Marden Harrison and Kreuter, CPAs. A firm that specializes in the construction industry and its specific needs.
In 1991 Thomas founded MHK Consultants a consulting practice specializing in software and hardware solutions for developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and property managers. In 2020 MHK expanded its offerings and separated them into two companies: MHK Consultants to oversee hosting, managed services, and all things IT. While accounting software, Bookkeeping, and CFO services are under Business Management Services. For decades, both companies have been providing cost-effective, financial accounting solutions tailored to meet the specialized needs of small and mid-sized businesses.
